Dr. Grant
Dr. Grant is originally from Birmingham, Alabama, but has spent much of his life traveling between Birmingham and Mobile and has developed a deep appreciation for the entire Mobile Bay area. He attended Auburn University for his undergraduate studies, earning a bachelor’s degree in Organismal Biology with a minor in Business. During his time at Auburn, Dr. Grant was a dedicated member of the Auburn University Marching Band, Basketball Pep Band, and Concert Band for all four years, and he still enjoys playing and appreciating music of all kinds.
Dr. Grant earned his veterinary degree from St. George’s University in Grenada, West Indies, and completed his clinical training at Louisiana State University. His professional interests include surgery and preventive medicine, and he is passionate about building lasting relationships with clients while helping pets live long, healthy lives.
Dr. Grant and his wife, Caroline, have a baby boy, John, who is already learning to hold his own while fending off playful wrestling attempts from their cat, George. When he’s not at the clinic, Dr. Grant enjoys golfing, fishing, kayaking, and spending quality time with his family.
